The DG (demand generation) business Specialist is responsible for synthesizing and consolidation of all information resources to deliver analysis/insight (including development of metrics and KPI’s for campaign measurement). And leading all analytic engagements within SAP GCGB team on DG activities. This role is to design innovative analytic solutions to solve complex business problems. Through clear reports derived insights analytically, he/she can provide internal clients with visibility into their business while systematically leading them towards improved business performance.

Ensure consistent and cohesive reporting and communication to various functional leaders in SAP GCGB team, Channels and Categories.

As part of the team, you will be engaged in a variety of analytic projects with different aspects of the view. To be successful in this role, you will need strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast‐paced entrepreneurial work environment, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change. Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborating with your co-workers is essential.

Position Responsibilities:

· Analyze and manage data report using EXCEL, SQL or other languages as required

· Familiar with SAP CRM and quick to learn other internal reporting tools.

· Implement analytical solutions using the following techniques: Predictive statistical modeling, Customer profiling, Segmentation Analysis, collaboration pieces into complete and Analysis, Data Analysis and Evaluate and improve internal tools and processes.

· Adapt statistical methods according to business problems

· Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables

· Conduct basic business analysis and reporting

· Perform ad hoc analysis of business situations, systems, issues and problems

· Analyze marketing and all DG channels and exploring new business opportunities

· Speak English and Chinese and have good communication skill
