Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks 

 The Marketing Event Specialist of SAP Labs China Labs Strategy and Management Team is to support Labs China Management Team in design, drive marketing online event and other team operational activities, including employees learning, training and internal affairs operations. He/She shall work with other Labs Operation Team members to achieve the goal of team visibility, ensure smooth operation.   

 Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks 

 ·       Planning, executing and tracking digital campaigns to align with business goals 

 ·       Work closely with different parties, including internal stakeholders across business and functions, and collaborate with third-party agencies. 

 ·       Accountable for event content generation. 

 ·       Realize the delivery of each event with budget and schedules as well as with good quality 

 ·       Continuously improving the innovation of events implemented. 

 ·       Provide day to day management support and admin support to team members incl. expenses, purchase request etc 

 ·       Other tasks assigned by manager   

Experience & Language Requirements 

 ·       Strong working experience in marketing and communication 

 ·       Special events planning and detail coordination methods, techniques and practices 

 ·       Strong execution – good planner and being able to follow through. 

 ·       Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) 

 ·       The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team member 

 ·       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment 

 Education 

 §  Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, and related. English Major is preferred
