1.     Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant government departments and authorities, industry groups and other third party stakeholders.
• Explore and build cooperation model with such stakeholders in respect to government-industry focused initiatives.
• Monitor and update the management with regard to new legislation and regulatory, implementation rules as well as the potential impact on the company’s business. Develop and execute appropriate strategy and solutions towards the change in collaboration with other cross-functional colleagues.
• Be responsible for the consumer service and public affairs, handle the consumer enquires and complaints on the products in a timely and professional way; handle the issues on spot check of the products; give guidance to effectively resolve the critical cases, so as to protect the corporate and brand image.
• Build and maintain a strategic network of internal and external stakeholders, including provincial, city and district governments, industrial associations and professional associations, the U.S consulate in GZ and SH.
• Help develop and deliver on the Government Affairs strategy for KH China.
• Be a liaison and bridge builder with government affairs personnel across KH globally to share and execute on best practices.

2.     Knowledge, Professional Experience and Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, with a major in public relations, government studies or other relevant subjects.
• At least ten years’ experience in a corporate Public Affairs department; working experience in MNC,FMCG will be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership and sense of emergency.
• Self-motivated, have team-spirit, can-do oriented.
• Managerial experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Independent and mature personality with strong commitment to excellence;
• Uncompromising integrity, ability to think strategically and act result-oriented;
• Ability to handle multi tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
