ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Work with Automation sales team to
  provide pre-sale support including workflow, data analysis and lean management
  consulting to potential automation customers.
• Assist sales team to select and
  validate high value customer to promote and implement total solution
  project.
• Lead lean management projects and
  facilitate onsite Kaizen on customer site to achieve better lab performance.
• Develop Automation demo lab by
  implementing total solution successfully in existing automation labs.
• Work with automation support team and CVS
  team to perform troubleshooting with DBS tools at customer sites to
  escalate customer’s satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with KOL and key
  accounts and general customers.
• Attend seminars, exhibitions and
  demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in
  order to promote company’s automation business.
• Performing
  funnel management and account tracking.
• Supervising Total Solution
  Project Specialist in given
  territory.
• Work is reviewed and measured based on
  meeting objectives and schedules.
• Adheres to policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• A
  university graduate in medical laboratory technology or science

· Good command in computer application with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is a must

· Good command in English (read, write and speak)

· Good command in communication and presentation skills

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• Previous
  work experience as a medical laboratory technologist is preferred
• Minimum 3
  years of sales working experience with lab automation and informatics
• Previous
  work experience with lean management is preferred
