Chemical,Manufacturing and Control,主要是生产工艺、杂质研究、质量研究，稳定性研究等药学研究资料，是药品申报资料中非常重要的部分

职责：

1.         Provide support to CMC Regulatory issues for Vx products in China.

2.         Coordinate LOC and global functions to facilitate implementation of CMC policy and practice.

3.         As CMC regulatory expert in China to provide final guidance in daily work to China and central team regarding to China CMC requirement.

4.         Conduct proof reading for critical CMC filing documents.

5.         Provide technical support and coordination for quality testing in NIFDC.

6.         Develop the overall plan for the Quality testing of products in China, by working with the central team.

7.         Coordinate with the relevant global functions to ensure readiness and supply (standards, materials, reagents and device as needed.

8.         Develop communication strategy and facilitate the communication with NIFDC/CDE on CMC issues.

9.         Review questions related to CMC from authorities, working with the central RA teams for the responses.

10.     Provide CMC regulatory guidance to local product development projects.

11.     Develop CMC related process/procedures/guidance for the Regulatory COE.

12.     Ensure local CMC capabilities and expertises are developed to meet the business needs. Coach /train personnel to ensure the ongoing development both of high performing and high potential individuals.

要求：

1.         Masters or doctoral degree in Chemistry or biological or pharmacy

2.         Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years experience in CMC field 

3.         Proven ability to communicate (written/oral) with various functions, to coordinate, influence and lead a virtual team

4.         Ability of cross functional co-operation 

5.         Strong ownership and cross boundary working mindset

6.         A strong capability in problem solving

7.         Strong ability of lobby, influence and negotiation
