1. According to the project and utility work plan, formulate the project and utility mechanical engineer work objectives and implementation the work plan.

根据项目和动力设施工作计划，制定项目及设施机械工程师工作目标、实施工作计划。

2. Be responsible for proposing the technical requirement for purchasing and fabricating of new equipment and new utility system, and for overhauling old equipment and old utility system. Be responsible for installation, commissioning and qualification.

负责提出项目和动力设施中新设备、新设施的采购、制造等过程中相关技术要求,负责提出旧设备、旧设施的改造需求，负责安装调试和验证.

3. Be responsible for the scheme design, installation and management of utility supply including HVAC, refrigeration, heating system, compressed air system, purified water system, waste water system, fire protection system and other utility system.

负责设备和动力项目中包括空调通风、制冷制热、压缩空气、纯水处理、废水处理、消防等动力设施的方案设计、施工和管理.

4. Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS regulations, company engineering standards and local codes in project and utility including technic protocol, installation and qualification.  

在项目和动力设施包括技术准备、文件、安装调试、验证等工作中，确保cGMP、EHS法规以及公司工程设计标准和中国本地规范的符合性.

5. Responsible for the operation and maintenance management of utilities to ensure safe, stable and reliable operation.

负责动力设施的运行和维护管理，保证动力设施安全、稳定可靠运行。

相关工作经验要求
1.Be familiar with the knowledge of equipment in pharmceutical company. Having a pharmaceutical or electronics industry working experience of 3 ~ 5 years.
    熟悉药厂动力设施的知识，有制药或相关行业的3～5年工作经验。 
2.Be familiar with maintenance for chillers, air compressors and fire system etc.
    熟悉各类动力设备，包括冷水机组、空气压缩机、消防系统等的运行及维护。
3. Having the experience of team operation. 有管理和协调团队工作的经验。
4..Having the experience of engineering project plement.  有相关工程项目经验。

5.Engineering university degree or above. 机械、暖通、工程等相关专业大学以上学历，有英文读写能力。
