职位描述
PEOPLE
● Assist Regional Macro Space Manager to recruit good quality staff
● Provide coaching to team members
● Work with Regional Macro Space Manager to set the people development and promotion plan
SERVICE
● Understand & feedback store related queries efficiently & effectively
● Follow up with store implementation ensuring strong accuracy with approved merchandising layout
● Ensure smooth cross department working flow with Regional Macro Space Manager, Operations, Store Development, Counter Development, & Supplier Chain
● Coordinate & track performance of all visual merchandising pilot and roll out in each Market under the supervision of the Regional Macro Space Manager
QUALITY
● Follow the principles & process for macro space management set by HO (new & refit store merchandising layouts, category adjacency, macro space allocation)
● Merchandising Layouts updates for counter and consignment adjustments
● Maintain accurate store merchandising layout library
● High efficiency & strong organization to meet aggressive new store opening & refit store schedule
● Macro space performance analysis & space rebalance based on space utilization to increase Sales & Profit
COMPLIANCE
● Monitor store execution vs. final merchandising store layout
● Understand store execution opportunity and take immediate improvement action
● Ensure strict adherence & control of approval process for all New & Refit store merchandising layouts
RESULTS
● Develop high quality store merchandising layouts on time
● Optimize Sales & Profit per meter productivity
KEY MEASURING PARAMETERS 关键指标
● Accurate and on time analysis report submission to Regional Macro Space Manager and Market Operation Director
● Macro space utilization & productivity - Sales & Profit per meter per department
● Ensure layout in store execution
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 技能要求

● Retail/store related data analysis experience
● Basic knowledge in store format, store types/segmentation
