Key Areas of Responsibility: 关键职责：

- Brand Plan & Budget Plan: Work with Marketing Manager to initiate the yearly brand plan and budget plan

- Brand Strategy: Work with Marketing Manager on building and strengthening brand and communication strategy

- Event Management: Work with event agencies to take the lead of brand events and activities, to ensure they are executed according to guidelines, deliver on time, on budget with best quality

- Digital & Social: Co-work with digital manager on optimizing O2O experience

- Business Analysis

- Work with Digital Manager and Trade Marketing Team closely to achieve business target

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior closely.

- Team Coach: Coach and development team members to grow brand business and personal careers

Education, Experience and Competency： 教育，经验及技能要求：

Education 教育:

- Bachelor's degree

Language Skill 语言能力：

- Excellent in Mandarin & English (both oral and written)

Professional Experience 专业经历：

- Over 5 years of successful consumer marketing experience, brand management experience in both planning and execution

- Good commend of digital and social media knowledge, more than 3 years' experience in this function in must

- Event execution and management experience is preferred

- Creative agency background is preferred
