REPORTS TO: Quality Director

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 3 to 5 years experience
　　　　　　　　　　　　
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Four Main Responsibilities:

25%　　　　　　　　 Designs and installs quality control processes, procedures and statistical techniques.
25%　　　　　　　　 Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. Drives quality improvement and cost reduction using Six Sigma or Lean methodology.
25%　　　　　　　　 Analyzes production limitations and standards. Works with product group organization to design the lowest cost, highest efficiency and highest quality products.
25%　　　　　　　　 Recommends revision of specifications when indicated. Formulates or assists in formulating quality control policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
·Industry experiences:
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
Working exposure and understanding of manufacturing process.
Knowledge in food engineering, thermal heat processing and fluid flow characterization, as well as experience in a dairy/nutritional industry
Good practical knowledge of GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
·Position experiences:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Project management skills or experience in project management is essential.
Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills
Proven problem-solving capability, customer focus and commitment to continuous
