Responsible for assisting to complete 3Q of incoming equipment and test method transfer and validation.

Provide sampling / testing / release of incoming materials services to Plant Operations to ensure seamless and smooth process operations. All operations in the Incoming Materials Laboratory are carried out in a safe and productive manner, adhering to GMP/GLP standards at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followings. Other Duties may be assigned according to the needs of the comany or function.

Responsible for implementing routine activities in incoming laboratory

Responsible for assisting to complete 3Q of equipment and test method transfer and validation according to the predefined timetable and requirement of procedure
Perform and ensure timely and safe sampling / testing / release of raw materials and packaging components in order to provide prompt service to support production activities in a safe and productive environment
Highlight any issues found during laboratory testing / sampling and support any ongoing laboratory investigations, as well as any CAPA required
Support all plant investigations related to raw materials and packaging issues
Ensure that the retention sample program is carried out in accordance to Abbott's requirements
Involve in general Laboratory Management duties ensuring adherence to GLP and GDP, and subsequently to ISO 17025
Responsible for the accuracy, integrity and reliability of all lab data generated
Carry out supporting activities for proper operations of the lab according to defined protocols-calibration, housekeeping, preventive maintenance etc
Assists in the administrative functions of ensuring lab supplies are properly replenished and managed without incurring delays of result release
Assist in the training of new analyst so as to enable them qualified to carry out their duties. Be accountable to implement new test method and qualify other person
Follow all GMP, Plant hygiene and Health and Safety Rules and Regulations in the plant
Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Able to support operation during weekends or after office hours if required
Perform shift work if required

EHS

Follow all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.
Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to supervision.
Attend all required training and medical surveillance programs.
Wear all PPE as required.
Propose any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

Industry experiences:
Good practical knowledge of GMP and GLP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing
Good knowlege and practice in documentation management
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred
Experience in incoming check and release of raw / packaging material is preferred

Position experiences:
Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills
Relevant experience in docuemntation management.

Language Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

Computer Skills:
Fundamental computer application skills
