工作职责:

在SOP的指导下，进行制剂产品的核心岗位的无菌生产操作，包括但不限于以下生产活动，并完成相应的生产记录: 配液；灌装生产线；隔离器；冻干机；湿热灭菌柜；终端灭菌柜；部件清洗机；贴标机；外包线等。

Execute DP manufacturing of core aseptic operation under standard operation procedure, include but are not limited the following activities, and complete related records and documents: formulation; filling line; Isolator; Lyo; autoclave; Terminal sterilizer; parts washer; labeling machine; automatic packaging line; etc.

或者能够独立进行西林瓶人工灯检。

Or execute manual visual inspection independently.

在SOP的指导下，能够对以上相关生产设备进行清洗及简单的维护工作。

Perform the cleaning and maintenance procedure of related equipment under SOPs.

能发现操作过程中的异常事件，***时间上报生产主管，清晰描述真实的发生过程，并协助调查。

Finding the adverse event during production and report to supervisor at first time. Describe clearly the actual event and assist in the investigation.

在生产主管的指导下，能够协助编写SOP/WI。

Edits/write SOPs as directed by the production supervisor.

按时完成被分配的培训项目并通过考核

Ensure to complete the training curricula on time and pass the learning assessment.

为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺顺利实施，在他人指导下参与新产品试制和新设备的调试

Participate the new product technical transfer and new equipment IQ/OQ as directed by experienced stuff.

基于本操作岗位，提供审计支持

Provide audit support as operator.

执行上级指派的其他任务

Execute other items assigned by superior.

任职资格:

教育程度/经验 Education/Experiences

1.大专及以上学历，药剂/药学相关专业。

At minimum junior college is required, Biotech/pharmacy/Chemistry or equivalent major.

2.3-5年及以上无菌制剂产品生产经验。

At least 3-5 year experience of aseptic operation is required.

特别知识/技能 Specific Knowledge & Skills

3.良好的口语和写作沟通能力、有一定的英语和计算机基础知识、具有团队合作精神

Good oral and written communication skills are required. Skill of English and computer, a good team player

4.了解GMP相关知识者优先。

Familiar with GMP is a plus.
