岗位职责

1．编制绩效管理制度和考核方案

（1）搭建和完善绩效考核体系，完善薪酬绩效制度，不断优化绩效管理流程

（2）建立公司员工绩效考核指标体系，推行公司的绩效考核制度

2．执行绩效考核

（1）根据绩效考核政策，会同各部门负责人组织实施员工的绩效考核工作

（3）解说绩效考核制度、流程等相关内容

（4）组织对员工的绩效考核工作，确保组织绩效的顺利开展

3．提供绩效结果跟踪

（1）跟踪绩效考核实施过程，及时对被考核员工进行考核指导和帮助

（2）受理员工考核申诉，并进行申诉调查，提出处理方案

（3）收集各类工作岗位绩效信息，为考核指标体系建设提供依据

（4）建立并保管员工绩效考核档案，整理考核文件与资料

4．上级交办的其他工作

任职条件：

1.人力资源管理相关专业本科及以上学历;

2 有3年以上绩效管理工作经验;

3.熟悉绩效考核相关法规政策，能制定绩效考核方案，掌握绩效考核流程与方法;

4.工作认真、细致，具有高度的工作责任心。

5.具备良好的逻辑思维能力;

6.具备良好的人际关系；

7.具备团队合作精神。
