Responsibilities:
Drive CRM on Brand-owned eCommerce platforms under Brand guidelines.
- Create and enrich touchpoints on LOUIS XIII eBoutiques, including weBoutqiue, JD/Tmall eFlagships, with the aim to recruit prospects. (10%)
- Develop CRM program and mechanics on LOUIS XIII eBoutiques to engage and convert prospects to clients, with the support of CSA. (10%)
- Collaborate with E-Commercial counterpart to ensure the online client journey reflecting the luxury position of LOUIS XIII from browsing to enquiry to check-out. (5%)
- Monitor the performance of each conversion step on LOUIS XIII eBoutiques, so to optimize the investment on a weekly basis. (5%)

Initiate online engagement on Brand-owned platforms to drive conversion.
- Develop CRM program and mechanics on targeting Followers, Fans and Bronze members to engage and convert prospects to clients, with the support of CSA. (10%)
- Manage Social Calendar to enrich the digital content and prospect engagement, to ultimately drive conversion. (10%)
- Initiate ideas/campaigns and new engagement formats/mechanics according to the platform evolution. (5%)
- Drive satisfaction comments and promote positive WOM and sales conversions. (5%)
Manage and drive Social CRM (segmentation) under Brand communication guidelines.
- Manage, track and report on followers behavior by tagging, update segmentations and optimize Social CRM using Curio solutions or others. (10%)
- Collaborate with Marcom team to initiate segmented content. (10%)
- Engage socially active Prospects with interactive formats/mechanics/tools to drive insights and advocacy. (10%)
AOB (10%)
- Provide weekly team reports and monthly market report on insights, conversions and analysis on eBoutiques.
- Any other relevant business as required by Brand Director.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Science
Prefer Business Administration, International Business, International Finance, International Accounting, Marketing… etc
Professional Experience:
3-4 years’ recent and relevant experience in any of the following
E-commerce roles in Luxury / FMCG companies
TP agencies as Account Manager or Project Manager, with service experience with clients in Luxury industries
