职位描述

Purpose of this position

To provide professional sales management supports to sales team by providing knowledge and actionable insights, optimized process, designing effective incentive plan

Key areas of responsibilities and main job tasks

1) Be responsible for assisting the Strategic project and sales engagement& SE initiated project and sales engagement
• To assist New product Launch (Sales related)
 To conduct analyses of the sales force size and analyses from the aspect of cities, hospitals and doctors, so as to provide data support for the launch of new products
 To be responsible for the communication and formulation of launch procedures of new products
 To conduct analyses of the new products’ sales target setting and to participate in discussions on bonus settingTo interpret annual strategy and develop tools to implement it
• To adjust hospital targeting gradually
• To propose sales force sizing, and optimal resource allocation

2) Be responsible for documenting and estimation of the nationwide incentive plan:
• To learn the sales strategies and key points of motivation, and to assist to assess the existing bonus policy
• To collect the bonus policies of our competitors
• To participate in discussions on incentive plan changes, and to test and compare the incentive plan
• To communicate with SAS Group and sales force on the incentive plan

3) Be responsible for roll-out of sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process to effectively implement in sales force
• To understand the sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process, and communicate them to ABM, DSM, Rep and SSM via the existing communication platform
• To uniformly plan the CYCLE, PRE-CYCLE and regional management meetings and to be responsible for developing contents and material for speeches
• To make and update the sales standard process of all levels

4) Based on NNWOS, to implement SE project in China to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sale teams
• Based on NNWOS, to participate in the discussion of segmentation and targeting standards in China, and to get them implemented among the sales staff
• Based on NNWOS, to participate in discussions on the territory plan template and submission process in China, and to get them implemented among the sales staff
• Based on NNWOS, to participate in the discussions on the procedures of Chinese coaching system,and to implement the system among the sales staff
• According to the given KPI, to track the performance of the sales team and submit KPI reports on a regular basis
• Be responsible for cooperating with IT and conducting ETMS system maintenance

5) Be responsible for cooperating with IT to maintain ETMS system maintenance
• According to the strategy adjustment and the launch of new products, to participate in discussions on ETMS system changes and put forward requests to IT.
• To collect problems concerning 3G cell-phone application, and to solve them in cooperation with IT department

6) According to the given KPI, to track the performance of the sales team and submit KPI reports to HQ on a regular basis
 According to the given KPI, to devise the report template
 To formulate calculation standard process and develop related tools
 To submit reports on a regular basis

Required Education and Certificate (minimum requirements)

• Relevant master degree, e.g. Pharmacy, or Business Administration, MBA preferred
• Fluency in both written & spoken English.

Required Professional Experience (minimum requirements)

• Min 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Min 2 years in the following functions: SFE, sales, marketing

Specific personal and job related demands

• China Diabetic business understanding, and Novo Nordisk China business understanding
• Independent problem solving capability
• Good skill on producing print or video material
• Good communication skill
• Cooperative
