Role Purpose:

This role’s key responsibility is to support China Chop Policy Management, and Legal Registration Status Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage legal chops for 5 legal entities and 20+ branches or rep offices; · Manage legal documents and certificates, incl. annual inspection, registered information renews, or various kinds of applications; · Manage company /branch legal and tax registration, liquidation, relocation, or other info, change; · Maintain data security as this role has access to super sensitive information, incl. individual employees’, partners, business, etc.; · Support on withholding tax for overseas transactions; · Support bank related tasks; · Participate and support statutory and tax related projects; Role Background Requirement: Corporate Finance, Accounting or Tax related university degree 3-5 years working experiences in MNC is preferred, Big-4 experience is a plus; Fluent English writing, reading and speaking Project management experience preferred Role Competency Requirement: High integrity and strong work ethic Proactive and self-initiator Good Planning and time management skills Good communication skill Be comfortable with dealing with conflict
