The modern marketer doesn't think of marketing as channel tactics but a series of integrated experiences supporting the customer journey.

This role will work closely with the rest of the global marketing team, local sales and other departments in its effort to attract new prospects and engage. You will develop, implement, track and optimize Field marketing campaigns and events.

The key objective for the role is to is to enhance Stibo Systems awareness in the region and generate Leads and Pipeline through targeted integrated marketing campaigns. We are a company that act and set the pace with B2B marketing and we expect this role to be key in leading our growth in the region.

You will be based out of our office in Beijing region or anywhere near that.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Drive regional marketing project, in synch with Global Campaigns to generate awareness and Leads
• Adopt content to excite our internal and external audience
• Create new and creative growth marketing strategies for China

• Measure and report performance of campaigns, events and assess against goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and management to optimise client and partner relationships

Core professional skills and personal competences

• A core drive to innovate and try new things
• Outstanding internal and external communication skills
• 3+ years working experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an IT or similar business

·        Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

·        Excellent IT skills

• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Understanding of modern marketing tools, lead generation and content creation
• Fluency in Chinese as well very competent in English is a requirement
• Willingness to travel 20+ days a year
