工作职责:

ROLE SUMMARY

Seeking an experienced analytics professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to provide solution-oriented ideas and strategic contributions to an expanding and innovative monitoring function. The Continuous Audit and Analytics Sr. Manager will be responsible for executing a sustainable, integrated, and adaptable analytically-driven approach to monitoring of financial and compliance-related risks in the APAC region.

S/he will have oversight of a senior auditor/data analyst responsible for monitoring risks inherent in the company’s ex-U.S. business (e.g., financial,  corruption/bribery), and will be responsible for: (i) identifying and “wrangling” the data necessary to support continuous and ad hoc monitoring projects; (ii) developing and executing on work programs designed to identify potential compliance-related and finance-related risk across a variety of activities and data-sets (iii) exploring the use of existing or emerging technologies to support and enhance the team’s monitoring activities; (iv) partnering with key stakeholders to build the framework for a largely new capability, including reporting and communications strategies, governance and escalation guidelines, etc.

The role reports directly to the Audit Analytics Director, who oversees the full portfolio of ex-U.S. continuous audit activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the Audit Analytics Director and other cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders (incl. Compliance, Commercial Finance, Commercial Operations,Global Risk Compliance and Control and others) to ensure that Corporate Audit’s continuous monitoring strategy is part of an integrated, risk-based enterprise-wide approach to monitoring;

Developing and executing on analytically-driven monitoring work programs, designed to identify potential non-compliance with anti-bribery and finance processes/controls;

Use advanced analytic techniques to provide a more efficient, risk focused approach to monitoring

Communicating the results of monitoring efforts using data analytics and data visualization to “tell the story” in a simple, user-friendly, and intuitive way as well as delivering results in written and verbal form.;

Directing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team’s auditor /analyst(s);

Leading, or representing Corporate Audit in, a range of cross-functional discussions and collaborations with internal stakeholders, including those from Legal, BT, Finance, and Compliance;  

Understanding of (and/or ability to quickly establish expertise in) the risks within the financial, healthcare compliance and anti-corruption spaces;

Actively participate on departmental and/or cross-functional teams addressing internal and external issues that support the department’s Strategic Business Framework.This may include designing our audit approach for ensuring compliance with the FCPA, Healthcare Compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations.

Collaborate with audit teams to identify and deliver full population testing to improve assurance and achieve objective of continuous monitoring

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum years of experience: 5 years

Type of industry/organizations: Big 4 Public accounting and/or internal auditing;multi-national pharmaceutical experience a plus; international experience a plus

Strong financial or audit background with extensive data analytics experience preferred

Experience using data analytics techniques to identify risk insights and patterns.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Tableau a plus.

Innovative thinker with strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills

Self-motivated and able to operate independently and as part of a team;

Project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and effectively lead project teams within a complex business and organizational environment

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;

Experience with SAP a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification:  Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor or Chartered Accountant – Preferred
