? Four Main Responsibilities:

Handle plant all materials import business upon legal compliance and plant target hit.

Communicate with forwarder/broker/vendor or internal related departments to smoothen import business;

Manage and develop forwarder/broke to meet plant business requirement and demand;

Troubleshoot with local authorities and track laws and regulation update to study and follow

? Major Responsibilities/Activities:
? Follow up all direct or indirect materials import business progress (equipment, spare parts, service, ingredients and packaging).
? Prepare for all import documents accurately and punctualy ;Manage forwarder/broker to complete customs clearnace and CIQ release on time per scheduling.
? Comply with importation policy and procedure (SOP) strictly to handle import process ; Regularly Keep all import business paperwork or record in file
? Verify total logistic cost with forwarder/broker and drive cost optimization with Purchasing team and Financial Dept.
? Work with plant other teams (Purchasing, Finance, Planning, Engineering, WH and etc.) and project team to solve any related materials import issue.
? Troubleshoot with local authorities (CIQ, Customs, Department of Commerce, Foreign Economic Committee and etc. ). Ensure all import activities fulfill legal and regulation requirement.
? Track law and regulation update to learn and implement in daily work.
? Perform other assignments or special projects as requested by line supervisor.




REQUIREMENTS:

? Industry experiences: Food, Nutritional, Pharmaceutical industrial or other FMCG industrial prefered
? Position experiences: At least 2~3 years import/export/logistics experience
? Language Skills:Fluent English skills on Listenting, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
? Computer Skills: Microsoft office software, especially for Powerpoint and Excel usage.
? Mobility: Based on Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.
? Certificate Required: Holding Certificate of Customs /CIQ Declaration is prefered
? Other Special requirement: Comply with the personnel health requirements for national food safety regulation
