·         HR Support

-       Support complete process for local employees from hiring to leaving in Shenzhen

-       Provides employee proximity

-       Coordinate with contracted employment agencies (FESCO), handle newcomer registration and leaving formality

-       Be entry point for staff information requests

-       Create & update database, for HR report upon request

-       Support labor contract signature and transfer

-       Support work certificate to employees in Shenzhen

-       Support ACIC event, such as team building and VIP visit

 

·         Expatriation Support

-       Complete process of newcomer welcoming, process of leaving of expatriates in Shenzhen

-       Be focal point to support look & see trip in Shenzhen

-       Support immigration documents stamp locally

-       Accompany medical check for expatriates

-       Support home search

-       Welcome expatriates and local hired foreigners’ family in Shenzhen and support settle-in locally

 

Qualifications Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree, specialized in HR is a plus

·         2-3 years professional working experience, experience within HR is a plus

·         Well understanding the business and focusing on people by sincere interest

·         Clear understanding the overall picture of HR support

·         A strong knowledge of local market

·         Acting fast, solution-oriented, compliant and proactive

·         Fluent in English and Chinese, Cantonese is a plus
