JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced HRBP to support Country HRBP Head to ensure the delivery of people and organization strategies in a particular BU / Function, as well as the implementation of HR policies and processes. On a day-to-day level, HRBP supports people managers to lead teams, develop people, manage performance, and drive compliance.
Interfaces:
Primary – In-scope people managers, Country HRBP Head, other HRBP supporting the same BU / Function
Secondary – CoEs, HR Operations, BU / Function leaders
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Headcount and position management for the assigned scope
-Based on headcount planning set by BU / Function leader and Country HRBP Head, implement position management, including maintenance in the HR system and facilitate position change request review process
-Recruitment management for the assigned scope
-Facilitate hiring managers to raise hiring request
-Provide consultancy to TA and hiring managers on sourcing strategy, selection, offer, and onboard process
-Join interviews for select positions
-Performance management for the assigned scope
-Communicate and implement performance processes
-Provide consultancy to people managers on performance assessment
-Partner with people managers on BU-level performance calibration
-Track implementation of performance management
-Talent management for the assigned scope
-Communicate and implement talent processes
-Provide consultancy to people managers on talent assessment and development plan
-Partner with people managers on BU-level talent calibration
-Facilitate talent movement
-Track implementation of talent plan
-Support people managers to implement the Disciplinary Matrix
Support people managers to manage people issues and employee relations
-Partner with CoE’s and HR Operations to provide optimal support to in-scope people managers
Provide continuous feedback to CoE’s and HR Operations on improvement opportunities
-Provide strong support to Country HRBP Head to develop strategies for BU / Function-level and company-level projects as well as to take project management roles

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
-Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
-8 years relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years human resource work in MNC, preferable in Business HR function, or Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations
-Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines
-Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
-Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc
-Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
