Job description:

This is a general assistant role to provide daily support to credit services team in China.

Credit risk related:

Credit report purchasing and coordination;

Assist to get financial reports from partner;  

BG/CG/PN filing and return, apply company chops etc;

Quarterly and ad hoc credit report preparation

Credit insurance related

Annual co-pay communication & collection with partner for credit insurance;

Route annual policy and place PO for premium;

Signing process for Credit insurance agreement Financial report purchasing agreement renewal with internal and external team.

Collection related

BAD/eBAD cash & collection and tracking

Monthly report on AR status and credit limit status to credit insurance company;

Quarterly assist to collection revenue forecast and collection data

Get company chop done for various letters, audit doc etc

Others:

Administrative support for Credit Managers

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree, Finance and English is referred.
• 1-3 years credit/collection, finance or operation related working experience preferred
• Good Office skill;
• Basic knowledge on data analysis
• Fluent in both reading and writing skill in English;
