职位描述

FUNCTION: This position will support DBS improvement activities at Beckman Coulter Commercial Operations, China.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Commercial DBS manager is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System at Beckman Coulter Commercial Operations in China. The incumbent is responsible for supporting cross functional teams with DBS training, facilitation of kaizen events to improve business processes and Problem Solving Process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive process improvements by leveraging DBS tools (Growth, Lean, and Leadership) to achieve company targets for Quality, Deliver, Cost and Innovation.

Assist site / company leadership in the implementation of DBS strategy

Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to associates.

Assist teams in achieving Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives

Facilitate and ensure productive kaizen events

Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them

Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools

Promote and facilitate associate development invarious DBS tools and kaizen leadership

Benchmark and incorporate best practices

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

· BA or BS (Business, Technical). Experience in Lean Six Sigma and/or process improvements is preferred.

Mastery of a variety of DBS tools (PSP, Kaizen facilitation, Daily Management, TFTI, PD, Value Selling)

· Superior communications skills

· Excellent Chinese and English Skills (written and spoken)

· Superior training skills applying adult learning theory (certified DHR TFTI is required)

· Superior consulting/influencing skills

· Hands-on experience coaching and implementing DBS tools

· Excellent skills in facilitating cross functional kaizen events

· Excellent follow through in driving teams to deliver results from action plans

· Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)

· Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of commercial operations, sales, service, marketing.

Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and/or Danaher Business System

Experience in facilitating kaizen and coaching problem solving process

Proven ability to provide training to all levels associates
