Key Accountabilities

Achieve Business Target through leading and managing cross functional team and agencies

? Achieve online business goals of Tmall Supermarket assigned category (Hair)

? Budget planning and control, provide forecast to supply chain for production;

? Manage online investment to optimize ROI and accretive online P&L

? Work closely with internal team and external agencies;

 

Enhance brand presence online by managing online portfolio, product page, activity;

? To implement Perfect Store Online and On-Shelf-Availability Tmall Supermarket, which including right product, right picture, right content etc.

? Choose and design activity which fit into consumer/customer needs while also fit into brand strategy, then implement in customer site.

 

 

Experience Required

? Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skilful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;

? At least 3 years’ working experience

• Multinational Company background is compulsory

• Own experience interfacing Tmall Supermarket/Yihaodian/JD/VIP, etc. online business

• Strong sales background is plus

? Excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;

? Ability to work independently, and also able to lead cross team work out to achieve same goal.
