BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

This will include providing high quality field applicationsupport to the customers for instrument installationtraining,application troubleshooting, maintenance, check-up and training to customers and assuring customer satisfaction in the area.Assist in LS manager to manage region LSS daily work

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsiblefor, but not limited to the following duties:


  • Works with other LSS as a proficient LSS team
  • Poses the technical specialty in some product lines and able to instructs other LSSs’ work. Able to complete complicated application calls and service assignments
  • Be responsible for group customer training and reagent promotion in own area
  • Provides high quality service to Beckman Coulter users and achieve customer satisfaction and optimal application support quality
  • Provides support to inter-company groups like attending seminar, user training, customer demo and exhibition
  • To provide product training for sales and dealer
  • Assist manager to develop employee training plan and occupation developmentplan, tracking the implementation effect.
  • Manage the daily work of frontline LSS, supervise the completion of KPI; Found the problems timely, provide professional technical support and solutions, avoid complaints
  • Fill-in and submit the work report, expense report, and other report timely
  • Regularly visit Key accounts, grasp for the feedback of customer and report the market message in time, to enhance the loyalty of Key account.
  • Assist Regional LS Manager in managing dealer LSS performance
  • Assist Regional LS Manager in handling departmental affairs
  • Other tasks assigned by LS manager

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • External contacts for this position include hospital, laboratory, university
  • Internal contacts include all LS department staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems




SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

· Bachelor degree or above of Clinical Medical, Medical background is preferred.

· Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing

· Familiar with computer common software such as Windows system, Microsoft Office


WORKING EXPERIENCE:

· Four years working experience.

· Being experienced in diagnostic industry is preferred

· With good communication and training skills in internal cooperation & coordination


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require business traveling in a frequent situation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:


This position functions in a general office environment.
