职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
This role is critical in China compensation team. To support China compensation Associate Director to analyze, develop, implement compensation program in China. He/she will ensure to support China compensation policies and process are implemented in alignment with China business needs as well as to follow the corporate guideline.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support to develop China total compensation strategy and may extend to set up business functions’ compensation strategy to align with the local business needs.
- Business compensation liaison with the dedicated GBU or activities to transversely support the local HRBPs on daily compensation activities, and other local initiatives to assure plan is implemented by both meeting corporate compensation strategy and local business needs.
- Conduct analysis on internal and external compensation statistics. Based on the information collected, to recommend, develop and implement an effective ecompensation structure.
- Play a critical expertise role of compensation project such as grading project, pay competitiveness project for the dedigated activities.
- Review the employee short term variable plan across Sanofi China, to harmonize and integrate annual bonus plan with corporate incentive model.
- Actively communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities, he/she must have good evaluation skills and the ability to convey information in legible reports to their human resources and local senior groups.
- Provide annual compensation calendar activities which may not limit to annual merit and IVR cycle, LTI plans, sales incentive plans, salary survey, benchmarks and ad hoc compensation projects as per agreed task distribution and deliverables.
- Monitor external compensation practices and identification of potentially new approaches relating to company’s China compensation.
- Key member of C&B communication team to involve digital C&B community designation, effectively deliver workshop training to the HR and/or business
- Build up effective compensation policy deployment tools to support ad-hoc pay review governance
- Well implement China off cycle and build up C&B data analysis dashboard
- Provide analysis and expert advice on ad hoc Compensation projects as required.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or Finance
- Mandarin and English fluency
- Having solid compensation related experiences, minimum 3 years.
- Experience in job evaluation and compensation systems and programs, Hay or Mercer JE is preferred
- Good understanding of compensation practices in China
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese & English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
