岗位职责:

1、 熟悉和理解公司业务模式和特征，清晰认识公司的战略重点和业务方向，通过数据挖掘与探索研究了解公司战略发展策略，分析有价值的信息，并提供商业决策的数据支持和建议；
2、 提供数据分析建议及数据解决方案，能在制定公司战略策略时在数据中得到更好的决策依据；
3、 协助业务部门完成数据整理、分析与利用，及时提供支持方面的工作，并定期追踪业绩及其他关键业务指标情况，洞察业务的趋势和变化，提供决策基础；
4、 进行需求调研，与公司相关各部门进行沟通，并能独立完成调研报告及需求报告；
1, Have good understanding of the company's business model, characteristics, strategic focus and business direction, through the research on data, develop the company’s strategy, analyze valuable information, and provide data support and advice to business decisions;
2, Provide data analysis and solution when the company making business strategy with the better decision-making basis in data;
3, Assist business departments to conduct data collection, analysis and apply the finding to strategy development; support other works timely, and regularly track sales performances and other key business indicators, which should be translated to insight on trends and changes of the business, to provide decision basis;

4, Investigate demands, communicate with the company's relevant departments, and be able to independently accomplish the research report and requirement report.

任职资格:

1、 宏观经济学/产业经济学/计量经济学/统计学等相关专业的本科学历及以上；
2、 熟练掌握宏观经济理论和分析工具，能独立完成从提出问题到数据分析、报告撰写、展示汇报等全部工作；
3、 具有商业意识，对商业数据敏感度高，对商业竞争敏感，了解零售行业常用的数据分析方法和思路；
4、 不拘泥于传统经济分析框架，对零售行业有浓厚的研究兴趣，勇于接受挑战，对重大问题有钻研精神，并能提出独到见解；
5、 沟通表达能力强，自我驱动、自我管理，行动能力强，对互联网新经济和大数据始终充满学习的热情；
6、 零售类公司背景、咨询类公司背景、互联网公司战略研究、行业研究背景3年以上经验者优先；
1, Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics related fields required;
2, Familiar with macroeconomic theory and analysis tools, can independently accomplish from asking questions to the data analysis, report, report to show all the work;
3, Have business sense, high sensitivity to business data, sensitive to business competition, knowledge of retail industry commonly data analysis methods and ideas;
4, Do not stick to traditional economic analysis framework, have strong research interests in retail industry, have the courage to accept the challenge, has spirit to the major issues, and put forward the original opinion;
5, Strong communication skills, self driven, self management, operation ability, is always full of passion of learning on the new Internet economy and big data;
6, Retail companies consulting companies, , strategy research in Internet companies, have more than 3 years experience is preferred.
