Develop field marketing strategy and tactics to drive business by working closely with central marketing and Sales team.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

• Collect and analysis field market intelligence information and develop field marketing strategy and events by implementing central strategy
• Engage and develop field top KOL/KA and young elites，build regional focused procedure and product platforms. Responsible for key central programs implementation to better support sales.
• Support NPI/KPI promotion and increase penetration in field

Qualifications:

1. At least 3-year with sales experience, field marketing or central marketing in Medical device background is preferred.
2. Passion for marketing and actively to the challenge.
3. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Project management experience and good KOL engaging skill is preferred.
5. Clear Thinker & Good learner.
6. Willing to travel.
