职位描述

Responsibilities:
·Implementing, managing and supporting the Keystone SAP environment and other third-party tools required to support SAP
·Provide implementation support for new deployments
·Work with Internal customers to ensure project requirements are met, and environments are delivered in a timely manner
·Execute basis escalation procedures and processes to ensure Heinz business processes have maximum required responsiveness
·Assist business representatives in defining requirements and performing analysis
·Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and professional service to business unit stakeholders ·Deliver high level of client service through responsiveness and accuracy
·Under general supervision, collects, analyzes, and interprets data to be used in environment planning to deliver to the defined project and operational requirements
·Ensure optimization of SAP technical performance in the infrastructure environment, including network, database, and application server performance
·Execute and document system copy procedures and refreshes
·Approaches issues from multiple perspectives and collaborates in generating creative, effective and practical solutions
·Possess clear understanding of Basis accountabilities and responsibilities according to policy and RACI guidelines. Work to ensure requests are routed to correct team
·Perform database backup and recovery, create procedural documents. Perform database tuning where required. Make recommendations for improvement
·Perform appropriate activities with various technical teams such as technical and applications architecture, operating systems administration, database administration, data center providers and project process teams
·Assist certified DB migration specialists in activities required to perform migrations
·Ensure technical requirements and checklists are completed, objectives are met and report on current assignments detailing accomplishments, timing and risk
·Work on multiple project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
·Execute and document disaster recovery activities from a basis perspective. Liaise with other infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end processes and recovery objectives are met
·Perform technical research of new technologies as required, plan and execute proof of concept, document and advise on issues and risk
·Provide support as required. Be available for special activities and events such as go-lives and critical care functions
·Provide analysis and report on special assignments, new technologies and processes. Able to document and present ideas to a technical audience
·Work with other IT Services staff members to ensure cross-training and provide back-up support
·Possess excellent creative, analytical and conceptual skills
·Write clear, concise technical documentation to accompany all environmental design and build
·Implement, document, update, and follow Heinz business process
·Maintain appropriate documentation to reflect environment uses and changes within compliance
·Ensure compliance with all change management procedures
·Participate in the creation of project standards whilst adhering to department policies, methodologies, standards and guidelines
·Follows the established methodologies and standards
·Produces and executes systems performance and stress testing plans
·Develops and maintains technical efficiency in hardware/software and productivity tools and applies this knowledge to assignments
·Performs the analysis, research and resolution of system problems
·Proactively and effectively communicate potential problems, recommended solutions and progress
·Proactively identifying issues, problems, and innovative ideas to optimize associated work area


Requirements:

·Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or Science with a concentration in Computer Science or related disciplines.
·SAP Basis Certified.
·4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a technical IT environment.
·3-5 years of recent SAP Basis design and administration.
·2 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations.
·Demonstrable experience of Basis / NetWeaver administration in at least SAP Solution Manager, ERP (6) and BI (7) systems.
·Previous SAP Java stack implementation / administration required.
·Full knowledge of SAP change control processes i.e. CTS, CTS+.
·Landscape management via SAP Solution Manager.
·Detailed understanding of running SAP in an Oracle DBMS environment, including backup and recovery techniques / tools.
·Unix administration skills; HP-UX advantageous.
·Tool based system performance / stress testing e.g. HP LoadRunner, Compuware QACenter.
·Solid understanding of trends and good practices in SAP infrastructure design.
·Disaster recovery and high availability systems design experience.
·Experience of working in a managed data center environment.
·Capacity planning / system sizing experience required.
·Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis in an SAP environment.
·Familiar with ASAP Methodology or other project implementation methodologies.
·In-depth understanding of database, network, and system performance configuration and tuning techniques.
·Experience of researching and applying SAP Notes.
·Good understanding of the theories and principles of the interrelationships of both SAP and non-SAP systems.
·Ability to work in a matrix organization.
·Ability to work successfully in both a team environment (preferably global) and independently.
·Ability to learn and master new technologies and products.
·Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
·Ability to lead small team of technical resources, teach and train others, build consensus and solve problems.
·Competent to work at all phases of project and operational activities.
·Solid project management and organizational skills are required to consistently meet project deadlines.
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
·Effective communication and troubleshooting skills, client relation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.
·Strong team player with effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and able to deal with many different levels of technical and business acumen.
·Extremely self-motivated, be able to work with minimal day-to-day guidance and have the ability to own problems through to resolution.
