Job Summary:

Assist to maintain recruitment management system and coordinate varieties of recruitment projects and activities in the company.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Screen out CVs from courier and email account

2. Mainly be responsible for the recruiting for intern position.

3. Work closely with recruitment service venders: network, newspaper, labor agency etc. for the diversity of recruitment channels.

4. Maintain the recruitment advertisement system and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency

5. Manage BMS Intern Program and assist Campus Hiring Project

6. Assist to manage ad hoc HR project e.g. Employee Referral Program

7. Generate standardized and ad-hoc reports for Talent Acquisition, senior management, internal clients, business partners and vendors

8. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Main Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration or above

2. At least 1-year successful experience in recruiting function

3. Good command of MS office, Access and Project

4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English

5. Project Management experience
