Position: Senior BRM- field force automation
Location: Shanghai


Major Responsibilities:
? Play the key IT role to partnership with business to drive business growth and initiatives focusing on China 2020 and C@C
? Acts as a combined role of business relationship manager and related project/program manager, responsible for analysis, review, documentation, and communication of business requirements and able to translate and execute the complex of business needs into innovative IT solution by leveraging new and innovative technology and IM supporting resources.
? Determines short-, intermediate-, and long-term information needs, develop the program/system strategy , plan, and support execution of I/T plan and tactics align with BMS China 2020.
? Identifies, proposes, and influences business solutions, negotiates deliverables and requirements across business organizations and I/T stakeholders to ensure the alignment and collaboration
? Applies proven project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications and regulations.
? Accountable for function and delivery compliance with IT policy and guidelines
? Work closely with the business and IT stakeholders to ensure demand of IT solutions are met through proper project prioritization, budgeting and resource assignments

Qualification Requirement:
? University graduate or advanced degrees in IT related or business management fields
? Minimum 8 years working experience and at least 3 years in Management role
? Demonstrated ability to network and communicate effectively in business terms with business users and leaders to gain their confidence in order to develop a partnering relationship
? Broad and solid level of knowledge and understanding of business processes in pharmaceutical, especially in the sales operation, marketing, medical in order to develop the right IT strategies and deliver to enable the business growth and operations
? Broad overall understanding of IT technology and large scale implementation leading experience in CRM, and mobility solution.
? Work effectively in a highly networked environment as the focal point for IT towards the business needs.
? Demonstrate strengths of getting results, meeting commitments & problem-solving, and be willing to work and push project forward under some difficult situations with constraints.
? Demonstrate leadership and project management skills, self-motivate and able to learn rapidly from the work environment and leverage resource from different functions.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Good language skills, both written and oral in Chinese and English
? Effectively function in a big and matrix-based organization with leadership, influence and negotiations
