Job description

- Contribute to part of the local financial statement closing procedures monthly/quarterly, including the technique recon and expense related work

- Contribute to part of the local report to CBIRC and other regulator monthly/quarterly

- Assist in other Finance project if necessary

- Assis in Annual Audit, Tax Audit and other regulation inspect per request

- Contribute to the expense analysis per Hub and Local requirements

- As a backup of Beijing CROSS senior accountant, learn and try to contribute to quarterly/yearly solvency report on credit risk, marketing risk calculation and related financial figures prepared under the current solvency rules

- As a backup of Beijing CROSS senior accountant, summarize financial related data and business data to prepare stress test

- As a backup of Beijing CROSS senior accountant, based on respective P&C and Life business plan prepare the following quarter or following year’s financial data including B/S, P&L and cash flow for CROSS forecast.

- Assist in tracking and studying C-ROSS regulation

- Other Finance ad hoc issue

Required experience & competencies

-       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance at least

-       Over 4-5 years accounting experience in company/foreign company

-       Good excel and word skills, well versed in Excel

-       Knowledge of Insurance / reinsurance accounting specificities is preferred

-       Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, IFRS GAAP, PRC tax Laws & regulation and foreign regulation, C-ROSS exposure preferred.

-       Strong learning ability and glad to face new challenges.

-       Strong self-learning, organizational, problem solving skills and with strong sense of responsibilities.
