Position: AS Specialist– COA (Channel Operation and Analysis)

Location： Beijing

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:

1. Operate order execution in SAP in compliance with SOP and keep close communication with external and internal customers to ensure accurate order delivery on time.
2. Orchestrate distributor’s forecast based on integration of inputs across the organization which impact on revenue, and map out revenue phasing by month and propose LE (latest estimation) based on team insights.
3. Assess potential revenue loss and develop mitigation plan in case of supply shortage, work out the allocation strategy and take execution at channel level and coordinate at hospital level.
4. Lead analytical project and coordinate team work and resources in different size, leverage advanced analytics techniques for the purpose of delivering ad hoc analyses and insights or formulating analytics-enabled solutions, visualize results and communicate or present capabilities.
5. Partake in developing, modifying, and executing BG\company-wide strategy to offer perspective or inputs.
6. Develop and update standard operation process, manage the documentation in work.
7. Optimize the capability of systems including SAP\E-order, and maintain the relevant settings.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or BA in Business Administration / Mathematics/ Statistics/ or equivalent. 3+ years working experience in commercial dept. of pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong business analysis skills and good MS Office skills, Excel, PPT, Word, SAP experience is must.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are required. Experience in People Management is preferred.
• Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, service & detail orientated, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure.
• Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
• Medical or pharmaceutical education background is preferred.
