The Head of SBS Facility Management is responsible for leading the FM organization for Sanofi Business Services in China. He/She will design the FM operations for the region in line with the SBS global operating model and he/she will deploy the FM policies for the region in line with the strategy of the Head of SBS FM & RM Asia, China and JPAC
- In line with SBS regional strategy define & implement FM policies for China
- Optimize FM budgets for China
- Ensure the office environment in each site is compliant with local legal and professional policies as well as Sanofi HSE objectives
- Perform site audits to ensure compliance and propose improvement plan
- Ensure implementation of IT Tools when necessary for good functioning of the sites (EasySite / MySBS, GIWMS, etc. )
- Manage complex projects within the Facility scope
- Define staffing needs and ensure appropriate staffing for the FM organization (Country Level, Site Level)
- Manage the relationships with the key stakeholders for FM & RM Topics
- Negotiate, align & manage services with External Service Providers
- Implement, monitor & report KPI’s & follow up on efficiency of implemented processes, service provider optimizations, strategic objectives and customer satisfaction (FM Analytics Dashboard, Customer Survey)
- Lead the FM & RM organization in China by creating a culture of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork across the FM & RM team and ensure a smooth interface with the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure people development and talent growth to build a strong and professional team in the region
