岗位职责：

1. Contact potential or existing customers/partners to inform them about a SAP analytics product/cloud

2. Answer questions about SAP analytics product/cloud or SAP company

3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

4. Direct prospects to the LOB sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in Harmony(CRM)

5. Take and process orders in an accurate mannerKeep records of calls and sales and note useful information

任职要求：

1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

3. Good knowledge of analytics product as well as cloud solutions

4. Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
