Quality Agent - Third Party Contractor

Job Description

? Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals by following workflows to understand urgency and importance of assigned tasks

? Review listing quality and identify areas where needs improvement

? Provide knowledgeable, and advisory suggestions/assistance to China local hosts to help improving online listing quality

- Research and troubleshoots problems using available resources

- Escalate issues appropriately

- Identify opportunities for cross-functional purpose

? Professionally approach hosts and deliver thoughtful and accurate messages via phone calls and emails

? Regularly follow-up on quality improvement progress

Requirement

? Excellent information processing skills and focus to details

? Displays patience and empathy, a unique ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to adverse situations

? Knowledge of Airbnb online listing/hosting process (mobile and web) and understand the diversified needs of hosts.

? Knowledge of Airbnb listing quality standard and adaptive to diversified situation.

? Excellent listener and skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication in Chinese and English

? Provides knowledgeable and friendly host education over phone calls and emails.

? Familiarity with Salesforce
