JOB PURPOSE
Generic
To provide engineering support mainly in respect of electrical / mechanical engineering for routine maintenance and the operation of sterile production equipment. To carry out preventive and breakdown services for all equipment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for the electric control system of the site’s pharmaceutical equipment field maintenance and service work (30%)
2. Response for the software program( such as PLC and HMI )of machine automation part . (30%)
3. Participate in the new machine installation commissioning and validation. (5%)
4. Response for raising the related document、machine trouble analysis、annual review and make up treating method under the department supervisor coordination. (10%)
5. Participate the contractor maintenance activity, monitor the process and ensure the maintenance quality. (10%)
6. Perform the validation and qualification work together with QA department.(5%)
7. PR creating & Good receiving of sterile equipment related.(5%)
8. Other work from the superior.(5%)

安全职责：特种作业人员按照国家有关规定，经专门的安全作业培训，取得特种作业操作资格证书
遵循安全规则及其相关法律法规进行工作.对承包商工作进行监督,确保所有工作符合HSE要求.积极参与环境与安全的风险评估工作.
及时向部门负责人报告环境与安全风险或相关事件/事故.
参与公司的环境与安全事件的调查工作.正确使用有用的，必要的个人防护用品.
职业健康资格：对职业病防护设备和个人使用的职业病防护用品，应当进行经常性的维护、检修，定期检测其性能和效果，确保其处于正常状态，不得擅自拆除或者停止使用。 应当学习和掌握相关的职业卫生知识，遵守职业病防治法律、法规、规章和操作规程，正确使用、维护职业病防护设备和个人使用的职业病防护用品

Experience
1. Major: industry electric and automation, mechanical and electric, bachelor or above. Electric and automation work experience in the pharmaceutical company will be considered preferentially.
2. Good at using Siemens PLC , can do the program and commissioning indecently . Familiar with the machine network and communication method between the different PLC .
3. Good at using configuration software and can proceed the program of HMI.
4. General knowledge of mechnical and electrical works, safety rules and wiring diagram/machine drawing reading.

Good manipulative ability, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication ability, can solve the problem occurred during the work independently.
Fluent in English
