? Major Responsibilities/Activities:
? Assist BPCS/MITS system implementation for new plant by working together with BPCS support team. And provide routing operation support after project completion.
? Assist LIMS, Empower, Maximo and other application implementation.
? Assist planning system implementation (Info AS, JDA and BPCS)
? Translates business and user needs into system requirement specifications. Acts as the key interface between business and technology teams in defining and influencing business requirements and assisting in developing the appropriate system solutions, including evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
? Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.
? Understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining the technology solutions to support any future business requirements.
? Provide analysis and related reports for application systems as a service.
? Provide ERP system training to end users.
? Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties on IT applications related subjects.
REQUIREMENTS:

? Industry experiences:

? Position experiences:
? Above 3 years working at application system
? Manufacturing plant startup / project experience (ERP)
? Traceable successful plant ERP implementation experience
? Honeywell MES system experience is preferred
? Data warehouse experience. Crystal report development is preferred.
? Info Advanced Scheduler experience are preferred
? JDA experience is advantage
? Bachelor degree or above
? Proactive work and study attitude and customer focus awareness, team player.
? Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
? Good communication skills , be able to communicate effectively with users, Lever 2 support team and line manager
? Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
? Prompt and punctual with deadlines and work hours
? Good project management and cross function coordination skills
? Language Skills:
Be fluent in English including writing and speaking.
