JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for onboarding and exit process for J&J permanent employee as well as interns.
2. Manage and utilize J&J internal HR system and case management system to ensure employee personal data maintaining correctly and ensure achievement of internal service level agreements
3. Follow the standard operating procedure for the HR administration works to ensure employee has the consistent experience.
4. Identify opportunities for streamlining operation process and processing efficiencies.
5. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through consistent quality service delivery.
6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HRSSC team.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

？ Bachelor degree with CET 6 is required.

？ General concept on HR daily operation and management.

？ Ability to prioritize, time management and adherence to schedules

？ Be able to work with details carefully

？ Ability to clearly communicate at all levels

？ Demonstrated effective utilization of proper operations and employee management practices
