职位描述：
Responsibilities：
? Work with team for delivering whole RC e-Commerce CRM strategy ,include JD ,JIUXIAN and JD Weshop
? providing best-in-class engagement for consumers and professionals through building proximity with them
? rewarding their loyalty behavior, fostering personalized emotional connections with them
? Strategic objectives:
? Renewal of Reward Program to increase Consumer Engagement and Loyalty
? Launch CRM program within timeline
? Uncover all the insights from our consumer journey and ensure that all tools are in place to attract, engage and retain our consumers, while driving online traffic
? Optimize our EC campaign efficiencies
? Lead and manage the business partnership with our 3rd party partners
? Sustain a strong external and internal network to ensure all new technologies and innovations are used to give the best experience to our consumers and Professionals
? Draft monthly report with major learning and solution.

Requirements：
bachelor degree
Fluent English and Mandarin required; No issue for written and verbal English communication.
At least two to three years working experience on digital CRM area , better relevant to e-Commerce, especially the line of T-mall
Understanding of CRM (communication/downloads, planning, analytics, activation)
Understanding of Digital and E-platforms (we-chat, Tmall, JD..)
Project management and planning experience required ( team work)
Previous experience with managing budgets and having a proven record of demonstrating strong return on investment is critical
Working experience of Agency
Good at office soft, excel and PPT writing.
