Main activities：
·To manage Maintenance Training preparation, completion, training records and certificates within EASA/CAAC/Airbus regulations by co-operation with ACUTC/QT/TT/TS
·To support TM/QT for EASA/CAAC/Airbus/Other authorities audit.
· To create all maintenance training exams, back-ups and remedial with digital or paper version in order to full fill the EASA/CCAR Part147 and Airbus regulation.
·To support theory examiners and practical assessors in case of problems in examination and assessment in working time; manage the exam database and exam router establishment.
·To support TM/TMS/TMD for instructor qualification, proficiency, schedule, workload and conference management.
·To manage TSAR and collect errors, bugs and mistakes in training media from instructors, feedback to TLS STMD by using various tools for correction and update.
· To manage all admin issues within department; Maintain and update maintenance x-training materials and official forms in the ACUTM folder on company network.
·To support new business like e-learning, tablet study, website construction within maintenance domin.

What is ‘MUST HAVE’ instead of ‘NICE TO HAVE’ to deliver the business results and meet the customer requirements on a particular job
?Education: College or above
?Experience: 5 years in aviation
?Basic Skills: English and Aviation English
?Certifications: Prefer English and Aviation certificates.

?Soft Skills: Team work and admin management
?Technical Skills: Airbus Tech Knowledge, human factor knowledge
