职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Assist General Counsel to develop, update and/or implement relevant local Compliance rules, standards, policies and procedures;
2. Communicate and provide guidance and advice to business/functions on compliance-related and legal matters;
3. Participate in business meetings for important decision making processes;
4. Organize and conduct Compliance and legal training to internal employees and external business partners;
5. Design and implement robust compliance programs for risk assessment and activities testing independently or together with internal auditors; follow risk reporting process of Group Compliance and local compliance process;
6. Other day-to-day compliance routine work and coordination as assigned by General Counsel.

Requirements:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
2. Around 5 years working experience in Compliance in international law firms or multi-national corporations; Strong understanding and experience with key compliance-related laws, including the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and the Anti Monopoly Law;
3. Integrity, process thinking, proactive, self-motivated with passion and good personality and interpersonal skills
