职位描述

Responsibilities:

? HSE performance and compliance
? Conducts regular inspections and assessments to evaluate site's performance in relation to Honeywell HSE directives, protocols, guidelines and regulatory requirement.
? Deploy Aero HSE Management Systems and achieve relevant external HSEMS certifications as needed
? Plan and lead regulatory compliance activities, develop working relationships with local regulatory agencies
? Develop and implement site emergency response plans
? Investigate site HSE incidents and follow Honeywell Event Reporting guidelines
? Responsible for site overall HSE&F performance to meet annual AOP goals
? Provide HSE related training to all employees following regulatory and Honeywell requirements
Implement Management of Change process and conduct new equipment, new process, & new chemical evaluations

? Facilities
? Provide production support in preparation of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, exhaust, wastewater treatment, fire protection and piping construction drawings
? Provide project scope of work, estimates, and schedules for building improvement and equipment installation
? Provide input relating to facility breakdown or maintenance issues. Supervises facility maintenance personnel to provide quality repairs and service
? Insure that all designs comply with HSE regulatory requirements and all applicable building and fire code
? Coordinate contracting services in providing facility guidelines to out sourced consulting engineering firms
? Provide design for equipment safety protection in compliance with HSE requirements
? Manage and oversee facility HSE&F related maintenance requests and repairs

Drive continuous improvement, six sigma, and lean enterprise facility efforts. Investigate and implement waste and energy reduction initiatives to develop site goals and projects.

? Other responsibilities of team development, communication and continuous improvement

? Attend regular operation and leadership meetings (Tier 4) per HOS system
? Fully integrate daily work into production activities to ensure effective communication flow
? Create a effective work environment to meet HSE,TPM & 5S requirements and teamwork to accomplish performance objectives
? Use effective coaching techniques to develop a culture of employee engagement
? Acknowledge and execute the escalation process
? Responsible for rapid response to identify abnormalities.
? Drives a continuous improvement culture by instilling Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology
? Implement Honeywell Operation System behaviors, systems, and processes to continually improve competitiveness.
? Responsible to ensure Kaizen process is supported
? Drives a visually managed work environment

Qualification:

?BS degree in industrial safety, health, environmental, or related filed.
?Over 3 years of professional experience in the HSE/Facility field
?Technical knowledge of the following aspects is essential: safety engineering, occupational health, industrial hygiene, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001, emission, discharge & waste management, HSE&F Auditing and facility management. Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive knowledge in applicable China health, safety and environmental regulations as well as knowledge and experience in developing HSE management systems.
