Responsibilities:
? Contributes to the development of enhancements to MSDS and label database programs;
? Prepares standardized responses and processes for responding to customer inquiries on regulatory matters;
? Reviews product compositions to assure compliance with chemical control regulations and assists in the preparation of any requested notifications to government agencies;
? Develops and maintains a dossier on issues and questions associated with a product or product group, their end use/applications and sampling/testing/analytical data which addresses these issues.
? Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
? Minimum BS degree in chemistry or related field
? Minimum of 2 year experience in regulatory affairs
? Exceptionally detail oriented.
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
? Fluency in English
? Good Knowledge of Chinese and New Zealand regulatory laws.
? Knowledge of other Asian regulatory laws is a strong plus .
