此职位工作地点在福建南平
Responsibilities:
? Establish and update standard operation procedures;
? Closely monitor production variances and provide improvement plans/suggestions to the production department;
? Analyze and master production process/data for all levels of production to help continues improvement on all production aspects.
? Aid in transfer of new products or processes to manufacturing;
? Define and execute experiments to reduce cost, improve quality and EHS performance;
? Provide process engineering support to help address EHS issues, such as operating permits, process hazard assessments, safe work practices, etc.;
? Coordinate with other sites to share process technologies and transfer best practices;
? Write technical reports, validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes;
? Cooperate with the production department to finish the 5S work
? Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree with major in Chemical or related major,
? 3+ years related working experience , preferred in Chemical industry and foreign-owned company
? Solid technical background. Good at Excel, WORD, PPT.
? Strong communication and coordination skill
? Good command of English
? Analytical thinking and critical problem solving capability.
