Main purpose of the job
The job of the Assistant is to provide the full-range professional, reliable and high-quality administrative service and logistic support to Head of Business Unit
Responsibilities
-Manage the workflows for GM, including
(a) managing the calendar to avoid conflicts,
(b) acting as the point of receipt for electronic, telephonic and written communications,
(c) document management, filing and retention,
(d) coordinating meetings and agenda, preparing reports, minutes and other records,
(e) arranging travel,
(f) preparing and submitting travel and expense reports accurately and timely
(g) preparing presentations in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Access)
- Meeting Organization and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact and organizer for regular leadership meeting, Annual meeting, strategy meeting, Townhall as well as global/AP visits
- Enhance cross function cooperation and communication within and out of the organization.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- University degree plus minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant working experiences in MNC
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Result-driven and internal/external customer service oriented
-Good self-motivation, self-organization skills
-Mature individual able to interface with a variety of personnel
-Team worker with high efficiency
-Good at Microsoft Office
