职位描述：
工作职责：Job Responsibilities
1. 协助海外销售，开发及拓展格美集团旗下酒店潜在海外市场；
2. 协助海外销售，提高客户服务，维护现有客户资源；
3. 联系客户以及国外代理，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；
4. 协助投资发展部基础事务；
5. 处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报。
1. Assist overseas sales to develop and expand overseas markets of KOSMOS Group hotels.
2. Assist overseas sales to maintain customer relations and improve service quality.
3. Keep good communications with customers and overseas agencies.
4. Assist daily work of our Investment &Development Department.
5. Assist to handle all kinds of emergencies and report to your supervisor in time.
职位要求：Job Requirements
1. 英语听说读写功底强：需对接海外销售（纯英文）、英文邮件往来、资料整理；
2. 酒店管理、旅游管理专业优先，或者有酒店行业从业者优先；
3. 吃苦耐劳；责任心强；较强执行力；
4. 有组织、协调能力；较强的学习能力和团队合作精神；
5. 对问题能够遵循一定的规律，能发现问题的本质，并采取措施，具备整合资源并解决问题的能力 ；
1. Strong English skills including reading, writing, listening and speaking. Excel at data collection and email correspondence with overseas sales in English.
2. Candidates with Hospitality Management or Tourism Management degree is preferred; Work experience in hotel industry is also preferred.
3. Responsible and Hard-working; strong execution ability.
4. Strong organization and coordination ability; Strong learning ability; Good team spirit.
5. Able to analyze problems with certain rules and solve problems by consolidating available resources.
