1. Working knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
2. Solids Modeling software, CAM software
3. Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools
4. Work with all aspects of manufacturing and supporting areas such as purchasing, engineering, design, as well as having a broad range of contacts for outside sourcing
5. Detect and define in detail: color contrast, and any degree of effect within a design relevant to the aesthetic value of a part or mix of any components
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MRP, Internet
7. Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
8. Computer
Computer, printer, fax, multi-line phones, copy machine scanner, shredder
? Gloss meter
? Color room- light sources
9. Mental Effort
? Work is performed under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
? Generates suggestions to improve work
? Create, interpret, and analyze Continuous Improvement tools
? Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Displays empathy, understanding, and patience with employees and customers
10. Physical Requirements
? Physically able to detect colors, tones, and contrast
? Majority of work involves sitting at desk in order to use computer and phone
