To proactively support Management, sub-ordinates and suppliers on day-to-day business activities. · Preparation of pre-trip packs, buying trip itineraries for buyers and supplier briefings.
· Develop products (samples) to meet requirements of buyers. Presentation of final offer
· Deliver a CP to ensure 100% on time. Provide reports to Buyers and Sourcing management
· Order follow up – samples, fit sealing, testing etc.
· Follow through on product details: artwork etc.
· Supplier Visits and induction to Pepkor PPS ways of working· CP results – achieved deadlines

SECTION 1.2: Job incumbent requirementsEXPERIENCE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, ORGANISATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIESEXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years experience in sourcing and buying e***ironment. Relevant working experience and exposure to International markets and buyers QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATIONRelevant University or Tertiary education.
(Textile and Design course, etc.)KNOW-HOW (SKILLS)Computer skills; Negotiation skills;
Written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
