Job Purpose:
Responsible to develop regional marketing tactical plan and POA. Implement regional marketing programs and activities within the A&P budget by aligning with the brand strategy and complying with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Support brand strategy definition and C4 MPH plan
2. Transit brand strategy to each regional marketing tactical plans and work out the regional marketing POA. Working together with sales team to develop sales PoA to ensure brand strategy execution.
3. Design, manage, coordinate and evaluate brand tactical plans and category A&P budgets for Area activities
4. Ensure high quality execution of agreed tactical plans and regional POA for Specialty activities
5. Develop local speaker and maintain the constructive relationship to improve speaker’s preference and impact.
6. Provide support to central marketing POA execution in region.
7. Manages area category budgets for area activities
8. Ensure brand messages consistency
9. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant
10. Ensures that NP4 guidelines are fully respected in regional marketing driven activities. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.
Key Performance Indicators:
? Achieve area category sales target
? Achieve area category market share target
? Control area category marketing expense
? Achieve area marketing event effectiveness
? Regional KOL and speaker management
? Compliance
Ideal Background:
Education: University degree in Business or Science (MBA preferred)
Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Experience: 6 years marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 3 years in management position;Marketing experience preferred
