职位描述：
Job Purpose：
To support head of franchise to develop and implement franchise operational projects and work cross functionally to reach franchise objectives.
Oversee key initiatives for the franchise. Sales performance tracking and spending control/monitoring
Major Accountabilities：
1. Quality of execution on key responsible projects
2. Collaboration with other functions
3. Support franchise to deliver business performance

The Franchise Operation Manager will manage Franchise Operation Policies and Procedure and be responsible for the implementation of these procedures.
Responsibilities include:
？ Join business planning cycles；
？ Developing processes excellence and monitoring plan timeline ；
？ Plans and headcount；
？ Analyzing business trends；
？ Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force；
？ Acts cross functionally as a team facilitator and information gatherer；
？ Maintains up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, logistics and support concepts, and the healthcare delivery environment to pro-vide effective and efficient support to the sales effort；
？ Cross functional team facilitator and leader；
？ Actively works with team to develop integrated compensation plans for the sales forces ；
？ Manages Communication for the sales forces；
？ Development of Account planning strategies to drive execution within the sales force.

Education: Bachelor above
Languages: English fluently
Experience:
? Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
? Experienced in sales and marketing
? Both strong leadership skills and teamwork spirit;
? Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills;
? Mature personality with strong communication skills;
? Customer orientation (internal customer);
